
I had given my opinion on Antaeus Labs in a prior post on Trenazone. Again, they seem to be a solid, honest, and educated company. There recent articles and actions have reinforced that. They have released some very well written and informative articles, which I found impressive (not that anyone could or should give a shit about what I think).
Antaeus Labs has released ULTRADROL the "latest greatest" PH on the market. ULTRADROL contains 2mg/capsule of Methylstenbolone AKA 2a,17a-dimethyl-17b-hydroxy-5a-androstan-1-ene-3-one ( pic below).
Methyl-stenbolone is not a new steroid; Stenbolone was released to the market in 1963 by Syntex as an alternative to their more toxic and androgenic Anadrol. Stenbolone has remained a steroid commonly used by bodybuilders.
Methyl-stenbolone is just a 17a-alkylated version of stenbolone. This compound or concept of this compound is not new comer to the "prohormone" market. It was originally a claimed ingredient in IDS Mass Tabs. However, chatter on the forum has said that lab test by FDA and others displayed it to be a low dose of Methylmasteron or SD. The company Culver Concepts produced a product called M-Sten 10 which was 30, 10mg, tablets containing what was claimed to be Methylstenbolone. There is not too much information on Culver Concepts M-Sten 10 but as far as I know it is legit methylstenbolone. Although Antaeus Labs does claim to be the first company with legit Methylstenbolone. Antaeus has stated they could only acquire 90% purity with this compound. The act of actually disclosing this actually adds to my respect for this company. I believe the 10% contamination is methasteron, which is completely fine with me. This just means that for each capsule there is 1.8 mg's of methylsten and .2mgs of methasteron.
I do not believe there is much real world experience with this compound. We will have to wait for ULTRADROL logs to come out. From a quick glance Methylstenbolone is some where between Methasteron and Methyl-1-testosterone. M1T with a 2-methyl added or Methasteron with a 1-ene added; this is depicted visually below.

You can expect this to be a fairly harsh compound, this is based solely off the fact that M1T was the harshest compound ever produced and SD is probably right behind it. Aside from the negative sides I am sure this will produce some solid gains. However, research shows that it may not be significantly different from M1T. Research shows that there is a decreased androgenic property, increase in AR selectivity, and increased anabolic properties with the addition of a 1-ene bond; for the 2-methyl addition there is an increase in anabolic activity which may be due to the prevention of aromatization. This info would lead you to believe that the combination of both the 2-methyl and 1-ene would create the ultimate anabolic! Butttttt according to Counsell RE, Klimstra PD, Colton FB. Anabolic agents. Derivatives of 5_-androst-1-ene. J Org Chem 1962;27:248–53 adding a 2-methyl to a 5a-androst-1-ene steroid did not show a dramatic effect on anabolic and androgenic potentcies. Keeping that in mind, do not write this off the 2-ene may actually effect the steroid in other metabolic ways. This compound could prove to be a great alternative to the old M1T, touted as one of the most popular legal anabolics of all time. To compare the anabolic/androgenic ratio of Methylsten to Methasteron: According to Vida Methylsten is 90-170:660 and Methasteron is 20:400. Remember that these are only ratios, not relative strengths of the compound. That is about as much as I can contribute without writing a book on the subject; for now we will have to subject ULTRADROL to the test of time.

Boldiol is a precursor to Bolasterone. To become Bolasterone, Boldiol must must have the 3-OH (the HO group at the bottom left of the pic above) converted to a 3-keto group. Technically, because Boldiol requires conversion to become Bolasterone, it is a prohormone to Bolasterone (pictured below).
But because it contains 17-alpha alkylation and is most likely active in the diol version, I would classify this more as a pro-steroid than a prohormone. I consider naturally occurring steroids, mostly with 17-keto groups to be true prohormones.
The article also warns against the risk of serious liver damage when using for more than two weeks. Mibolerone is basically a non diol and 19-nor version of Boldiol. Because of the similarity of these two compounds there may be some correlation between toxicities.

Next on the list we have synephrine AKA Oxedrine, which is another common stimulant found in many fat loss formulations. There is not much info on oral administration of synepherine. The Dietary Supplement Label Database claims it is a "Sympathetic alpha-adrenergic agonist." However, according to Carpene C, Et al. 1999, Synephrine may act as a Beta-3 Adrenergenic receptor agonist. This type of beta agonist shows promising effects for weight loss through thermogenisis, increased metabolic rate, and increased insulin sensitivity, they have even shown beneficial to blood lipid profiles. (Clapham J, Et al. 2001) These effects sound excellent, but more research would be beneficial.
The final ingredient Hordenine, is a phenylalkylamine alkaloid, which is an indirectly acting adrenergic drug. LG claims that this will prolong and increase the effect of the stimulants in E-911 and prevent crashing. However, research claims that it promotes the release of Norepinepherine stores. (Wochenschr D, Et al. 1995) Now, considering Norepi or Noradrenaline has a stimulant effect itself, I don't see how Hordenine prolongs the effect of any stims. Norepi increases heart rate, triggers the release of glucose to the blood stream, and promotes blood flow to skeletal muscle. These can all be beneficial for athletic performance and physical appearance enhancement, but I do not see how it would directly increase and prolong the effect of the other ingredients.
